Apparently there is still an electricity crisis and he makes an URGENT APPEAL for all users to immediately adopt an energy efficient lifestyle to ensure city wide saving of 10%. *gags....
And yet daily, I stand on my verandah and see lights on at midday still, EVERYWHERE. Great swathes of Freeway lights burning during daylight hours. Institutions with enormous lights left active during the day. My own dear neighbour runs his lights until midmorning if not all day. Forgetful? I think not.
How do the PTB expect 'users' to take their pleas seriously? Pfftt....
