Massive packet loss. Ping google.co.za and all 4 test packets are lost. Have to refresh 100 times before a page dispays.
Been like this for about 2-3 weeks now. Used to only be on Telkom Softcapped. But tested yesterday using Webafrica, Axxess and Gridhost free 1GB accounts. All the same.
Strangely, at midnight, the problem seems to miraculously disappear as my torrent downloads start that time and seem to run perfectly. My phone updates also run flawlessly during that time. All is good till about 7AM, when things go back to massive packet loss again. So basically interweb is fine during night-surfer time.
From 7AM to midnight, cant even do a simple internet banking transaction as the pages just timout constantly.
Does anybody monitor these topics?
