Language issue

For a while now, every time I install something, the installer seems to think my computer is (I think) Japanese. See the screen shot:

OSX is 10.7.2. Nothing in my settings indicate anything other than en-GB. Has anyone seen this?
 
Hmm, I think I fixed it. Went to the Language & Text section in System Preferences. British English was at the top of the list. I removed the rest of the options so that British English was the only option. Seems to have fixed it in Aperture - I'll check if the Installer still does it next time I update something.
 
Apparently that didn't fix it. I'm still seeing the Japanese in the installers. Anyone else seeing this?
 
I've noticed this bug many times. It's when the installer doesn't have British english, then it goes to the next language on your list, which defaults to Japanese! Here's what you must do to fix it: Go to System Preferences -> Language and Text. Where you can drag languages in the order that you prefer, put British english first, and US english second. It will resolve the issue.
