Language software

I know this sounds stupid but where can i get software that can translate from English to AFRIKAANS,ZULU etc thats if it exists if not maybe you know a website that does that please i need help

I know they do these things at stellenbosch university, don't know if they have software you can buy. They charge an arm and leg for translations
