I hate being unconstructive, but I avoid them like the plague. Also if I have to speak to Irene at accounts one more time I'd rather send a pidgeon than have internet. Terrible, terrible, terrible... and the stability stinks. Well, that was with capped before. If they couldn't get that right I doubt they'll get uncapped right.
Its 12:14 am here and my p2p/torrents are still throttled down to 20KB/s
My 4mb line only runs at approximatley 1mb (tested through www.speedtest.net) up to 12 am.
In the early hours of yesterday morning, I was able to max out the line speed, but it only lasted from 12:30 to approximatley 6:30 am - 6 hours out of 24.
It appears p2p/torrents are limited to 100KB/s during this time as well.
Other service providers are offering far better deals.
Simply put @lantic missed the boat yet again - And I wont bother commenting about the competanct of their support staff as im still awaiting call backs over 24 hours later.
Stay away, far away. Just have a look around the forum and you will see why. They sucked before uncapped was there and i believe they gonna suck even more now.
How are they as a service provider is generall?
We are a small PC sales and repair business and have been approached by @tlantic asking if we would like to become a reseller for them.
They seem to have a lot of products on offer for resale. But I don't know enough about them yet to sign up and start punting them as an ISP to our clients.
