Lansdowne ADSL/exchange problems

HI there i live in lansdowne and for months now i think its about 1 year i have had problem with my adsl line very unstable internet latancy issues i have phoned telkom alot and sill nothing has been done to sort this out the problem isnt on my line the problem is on telkoms side i was told that my exchange is congested and there is nothing they can do about it my line wasnt like this before the free upgrades to 4 MB only started after the upgrades i would like to know when telkom would be able to resolve this issue or what are my options as i play professionaly online and gaming is impossible with latency i am getting on local servers if i do a speed test to telkom my ping some times spike from 80 to 200 and down and sometimes to 1000 its very unstable and now i am considering canceling my adsl line and going mobile lTE internet since telkom is unable to help i am a verry unhappy customer being forced to suffer by telkom to be honest i dont know how any company can make there customers suffer the way i have i have tried every thing from testing out ISP accounts to traceroutes to everything its out of my hands telkom has to do something about this thats the only way this is gonna get fixed please get back to me and i would like to now whens telkoms plan to sort this problem out or if they ever will cause i would like my choices narrowed down
