Their uncapped packages are "unshaped" yet comparatively inexpensive so I'm trying to work out the catch. I tried looking at their website to figure out whats going on but its a complete mess. e.g.

The page for the uncapped says a fair use policy applies but gives no link and its not in the T&Cs either. The T&C define both shaping and throttling in the definitions, then proceed to not use throttling in the text itself...and don't have a section for uncapped at all. Stranger still their *capped* products are specifically being defined as shaped (!). Actually they do mention "fair use" in the T&Cs once...in the definition of "Throttling"...the one that isn't used in the body of the T&Cs. Sounds a bit ominous but their idea of throttling seems different from the standard one since they define it as being specific to a specific service.

Also their ADSL is "Broadband Over Fibre".

Anyone know what the deal is with these guys? From the feedback on the bolt-on things seem positive but I'm a little wary seeing how the terms, categories and definitions are all over the place with capped being shaped and uncapped being unshaped.:wtf:
