Little rant for the day
I've been with them for a few years now. I know I am paying more than market, but in our small town I know the re-seller and they've been hosting my domains without any problems, so I was writing it off as peace of mind.
So I was paying R250 for their 4gig package and blew through that to 5gig most months...again no problems there, I paid, and would have continued to do that for a while yet...waiting for them to wake up and get us on uncapped.
Now they have that....not the R139 they advertised, but R215 on a 384 line...

Now wouldn't you think that they would as they announce this new breakthrough, mail all the current capped clients with an e-mail saying
"surprise, not only are we migrating you from capped to uncapped BUT we are going to reduce the cost to you" .

But no, they are still screwing their existing customers by capping them and taking their money.

If they migrated me I would not have shopped around, but now I made the effort, I am going for the best deal.

Yes @tlantic, you could have kept your present customers happy....you failed, I hope more people who were loyal to you for no other reason than a good business relationship with your re-seller, will now go shopping.

BTW you need new blood in your marketing dept....holy crap, they are fast asleep...
