Have a PABX maxi / VoIP system from @lantic for over 2 years now..on a monthly rental for R800. The pabx box freezes every single day and its been months of phone calls to them and still not a single person to even come check it out or a swap out...

Their service is getting ridiculous.

cancel the contract with immediate effect on the basis that the unit is non functional and apparently irreparable.

It's a rental, supposedly it's just a simple swap out.... how difficult can that be.. What other good reliable alternatives are there other than @lantic? Someone thats not too small either...

Configure your own PBX / VOIP system with something like Asterisk or Elastix? Though you will probably need to invest in gateways and PBX switches.

A Hosted PBX solution from Switch Telecom (www.switchtel.co.za) should be a relatively simple transition from the current system.

I am sorry to hear of your tales of wo ! Maybe the problem is in the fact that @lantic have been too busy opening new stores in a bid to improve thier service, i sense some irony here ! and here is the recent quote “Our new retail stores are about offering our customers personal, face to face service for all their communication needs,” says @lantic’s Dederick Venter.

We had the same issue and just moved, was the best we ever did.

We moved to euphoria (www.euphoria.co.za) we have not had any down time in the last 4 months. I have also heard good things about www.1cloud.co.za
