If you cannot see the "Security" tab when doing the above, then do this to UNCHECK the box that says "Use Simple File Sharing (recommended)".
Click Start, and then click My Computer on the desktop.
On the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
Click the View tab, and then de-select the Use Simple File Sharing (Recommended) check box to turn on Simple File Sharing.
Click Apply
Click Apply to all folders.
Click Start, and then click My Computer on the desktop.
On the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
Click the View tab, and then de-select the Use Simple File Sharing (Recommended) check box to turn on Simple File Sharing.
Click Apply
Click Apply to all folders.
