Laptop keeps rebooting

A mate of mine was playing around in bios and changed the boot order to reinstall windows 8 from a USB.He said that when it reboots the laptop doesn't respond to user inputs and doesn't allow him to enter bios.It just goes straight to the Samsung logo and reboots continuously.What could be the problem?

That'll do it.

He'll need to find the failsafe way to boot into the BIOS, usually means holding F2/F12/Del on a cold boot
