laptop memory type

Hi Guys

My HP laptop has memory type as

DDR2-SDRAM PC2-5300 (333 MHz) - [DDR2-666]

Is this DDR 667 and will DDR 800 work in it

yeah ponder should know. has it given you any probs yet? am also thinking of getting 667 for a laptop supporting 533

Memory is "backward compatible" ....
The 800 will run at 667
