Laptop ram upgrade

I want to upgrade the RAM of two laptops that suffer from only having 2gbs of RAM.

The laptops are:

Which RAM should I buy?

Would these laptops be able to use the same memory?

You need to be a bot more specific wrt to the Lenovo model details but I suspect they will use the same ram.

Thanks for your help so far , I found details on the laptop. The product id is 0301g6g.
