Laptop Screen

Hi, my dad's laptop is giving problems & so it goes I don't know too much about those

Anyway, its a Compaq Evo N800v (quite old now) with a mobility Radeon 7500, today the screen decided to start going blurry kind of like if you have a lcd on a low resolution (that kind of blurry) but the not so nice part is that when you put resolution up or down, its gets blurrier either way, trying to download no but the ones on the ATI(9600 since there are no 7500) don't get recognised on the laptop and dont download. If I try to install normal catalyst, it just says try installing a standard VGA driver then continue...

Any help appreciated

Find the drivers here:

And then search for "Mobility Radeon 7500".

To check if it is a LCD monitor or graphics card problem, simply plug in a external monitor and check if it works.

k, got the latest drivers but can't install cause it says Try install VGA drivers then continue and plugged into external monitor and that is fine, does that mean the screen is broken then?

Make sure you have the latest .Net Framework installed bro
