Laptop speakers issue

Hi guys, I have an HP laptop, last night I was talking to a friend overseas with my headphones plugged in, my laptop was on the bed and it fell off pulling the audio jack sideways.

Now the headphones still work, but the laptop speakers doesn't work, I'm assuming the laptop still thinks the headset is plugged in after I pulled it out. How do I shut down my audio jack without physically opening the laptop?
