Laryngitis - need quick cure

So after having the flu for 4 days, I now also developed laryngitis - my vocal chords got infected due to post nasal drip. Any quick cure out there?

Sinutab 3 in one for the drips, and then Honey Ginger lemon hot water as often as you can (fresher the better)

Got Andolex spray, that just to give some relief, not to cure it though. I ask the wife to gargle my balls to see if it works. Top tip right there. Thanks. Chemist said I must gargle with 3 ACC 200 and drink it twice a day. I think its too much, gave me serious trots.

Get some Nigroids from the pharmacy. Similar to Sen Sen sweets. Used by many public speakers for voice strain.

Get A Vogel's Sore Throat Spray - useful for pharyngitis as well. Oh and get the cold formula for the nasal drip - I have no idea why this stuff works it just does. You should be able to find it at Dischem.

Honey + Lemon + Ginger, works wonders
Tumeric + water, mix it, let the tumeric settle at the bottom, pour the water + tumeric mix into another glass, trying NOT to get the the stuff that settled at the bottom as it can irritate the throat. Excellent anti-inflammatory.
