Im Just curious as i see ti on groupon every day has anybody gone for a session/Sessions or know of anyone that has gone ?

If so what were the results like ?

I swim every morning at gym and when im not so lazy will get back to MMA every night... I was just curious about this :p
 
A friend of mine runs a laser lipo studio and she swears by it. Of course she has no vested interest in it and of course it has nothing to do with the balanced diet and no alcohol requirement for the duration of the courses. Nu uh...

It complete crap - most of the people who get those kind of things done are usually overweight again in no time. There's no quick fix.

Exercise and eating properly is the only way to go.
 
I've heard of something where they freeze your fat - says it's an alternative to lipo.

Nevertheless, it all sounds stir crazy to me. Best idea - stop eating cr@p and get on a treadmill. Advice I have studiously ignored for the last 10 years :D.
 
In all seriousness i am quite a fit guy i generally eat healthy i workout a lot and the only place i am not happy with is my lower abs which just dont seem to want to go away... makes me a sad panda :(
