LaserJet M1522NF problems

I randomly get error 49 displayed on the printer when faxing I have done the firmware upgrade. Have anyone experienced the same problem and found a solution

I haven't had that problem with my office's M1522NF, but then again I don't fax.

What OS & drivers are you using?
