Thought I'd throw my 2 cents in here (iBurst forum). I am on my last two weeks with iBurst. I have been a m2m subscriber for almost 2.5 years.
I scratched where the itch was not that bad. I went to MTN. I think it is worth mentioning to all the dudes & dudettes thinking of going across, think twice. I am locked into a 24 month contract with a SP that cannot even give me a fraction of the speed iBurst has to offer. Forget the ads and marketing campaigns, stick to what you have. At least iBurst does have a functional technical department that has helped me in the past (for no charge I might add) and although they could not fix the random disconnecting problem I had (and ironically now has dissappeared) at least they came and tried to help. Much much more than I can say for MTN. I have posted on hellopeter, wrote to MTN, called them, heck I'm even ready to knock on their doors. No avail.
Lesson learnt - Better the devil you know than the one you don't...
