I exist only in my own mind ...
Just listened to SAFM where I heard our esteemed head of ICASA say that there aren't any problems and that ICASA is doing a great job.

Pity Jeremy Maggs didn't address the lack of regulation by the regulator of the regulations published by the regulator concerning ADSL. Little things like local capping.

Another issue is that of cross billing for cell calls. Now that number portability is to become available, one will not be able to determine the network to which calls are being made. Until cross charging regulations are effected, it seems like a rife breeding ground for all kinds of creative charging. But then the telecoms sector would never be guilty of that. Would they?

We'll always have Paris - and what a good job he is doing, fighting for us day and night.... night and day. I can sleep well at night knowing that ICASA are doing such a great job.

I think he should move on and sort out all the crime, and then help out the health minister, in fact he should be the next prime minister

Life is good

No wait, I think he's so good that he might be poached by international crime syndicates one day  With him at the helm and being so effective and all, I'm sure the crime syndicates would really thrive with him as their leader!
