What is good sites to check latency? Reason i ask is i need to see if i can establish my rwin...

locally or for your quickest time you will probably ping your isp?
what is a good address to ping overseas to see what the latency is, that you can use as a basis?

Also, i normally send 30 to get a better average, especially since i'm on wireless. Does that matter? Would it make a diff if you change the packet size?

Locally you could try saix.net and dsl-cache.saix.net.. internationally you could try clarity.jolt.co.uk and hsv.com.

Changing packet size wouldn't make much difference. Who's your WISP?

Iburst. I get diff results with 4 and 30 pings. Just wondering about int to get an idea what my pings are overseas.

saix.net isnt really going to help locally on Iburst. The best ping times will be from iburst.co.za, but only if you are in joburg where they are based.

For Cape Town www.myadsl.co.za returns much faster and more stable ping times.

Internationally you could try Mad's suggestions, or just go for google.com

Well if you could, ping both and paste the results here.. pings to saix.net as well as the iburst site.
