Latency: Improvement from CPT

Anyone noticed any improvements in latency from CPT -> JHB?

It has been +- 30ms for the last few months. I remember when I first got ADSL, it used to be around 15ms to that same server.

Hope it stays that way..

Well tis near the end of month maybe people are capped
