Latency is really slow

Hi all

Numerous tests which I have conducted on http://speed.vodacom.co.za/speedtest/ and www.speedtest.net (To various servers within Jhb) are showing a consitantly high ping of 500ms or more.

75% of the time its over 1000ms

Not sure what is going on but this has been getting steadily worse over the last few days but today it is now making it impossible to do anything online.

Is this affecting anyone else? I am based just outside of Nelspruit in Mpumalanga.
