Hello guys

I'm having some latency issues while playing elder scroll online on the PC. I have changed ISPs and this did not help so i'm not sure what could be causing this.

my previous ISP was webafrica (openserver) 40/20 mps.

my current ISP is VOX (vumatel) 100/10 mps.

the server I'm connecting to is 195.122.154.1, the weird thing is that a friend of mine has the same package as me with vox and he is getting 180ms while i'm getting 273 ms.

I have had network engineers at my house and they say there is no hardware issues with my network and traceroute is suggesting that the latency is spiking somewhere in London.

any suggestions would be appreciated. I will post a trace route as soon as i get home.

I just did a ping test to this server at my office and i'm getting 200ms at the office

Code:
Pinging 195.122.154.1 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 195.122.154.1: bytes=32 time=218ms TTL=41
Reply from 195.122.154.1: bytes=32 time=214ms TTL=41
Reply from 195.122.154.1: bytes=32 time=215ms TTL=41
Reply from 195.122.154.1: bytes=32 time=221ms TTL=41

that looks normal , i should be getting something like that too. I've called VOX and they just said to send them a traceroute. Just weird that both my ISPs have this issue.

Provide the tracert please?

Also, are you on a wired or wireless connection at home?

That looks like a routing issue. Heres what mine looks like on cool ideas:
