The last 2 days my ADSL line has been awful to say the least , I just did a test on the Telkom site and got the below results.
Last Result:
Download Speed: 695 kbps (86.9 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 74 kbps (9.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 2473 ms

I am based in the southern Suburbs and I used the Cape Town server. Even posting this is a mission !!! Who at Telkom can I contact or must I go the normal call centre route ?
