Latency issues

Has anyone else experienced intermittent latency on gaming servers?

For the past two days it shoots up to 200ms and then its fine for a period (around 25ms from Cape Town to Joburg).

I'm on a fibre connection. Our internal IP range is 196.168

Your issue is the 5th to 6th hop. Go speak with your ISP, issue on the routing path.
