Latency issues?

Hey guys, has anybody else been experiencing huge lag spikes? I am with crystal web, and afrihost, and its doing it on both, telkom says the line seems fine, and the Isps say they dont see any problems on their side, so i am stumped

Posting a traceroute/MTR is usually a good place to start.

What geographical area are you at?
What is the frequency of your issues since when?

More than 95% chance the issue are very near you.
Use mtr {various options for windows} and let us see the results.
