I'm still having the latency problem with some international destinations here in Hermanus. Using OpenVPN to do some remote work, but the link is extremely slow at the moment.

ok here's something you don't see everyday: I can establish a direct VPN link to a remote server and it's flying! There must be some problems on the european network side with the openVPN server I'm using.
