Latency using tunnel + wow2go (mac osx)

This is a screen shot of my latency which is constant, it wasnt just a fluke it stayed like this the entire night, and when i was in a densly populated area it was 20ms more.

When I run a speedtest at www.speedtest.com it shows download, upload and a ping. Is that ping the average latency that I will be experiencing at my current location?

i would say its a rough estimation, the eu wow servers are all over the place, my realm server is in Germany i think
