So, wondering what your latencies are? Mine is around 350-500 sometimes shooting up to 900ms.

I did the reg hack, got a unshaped ADSL account AND I've used www.it24.co.za's VPN solution

Anything else I could try?

Mine is 400-700 using is fibre, or WA Unshaped. Got reg hack. havent tried it24 yet cause they dont wanna give me a test account.

You could try moving to the UK worked for me but know i am back .

So my latency is not all that bad? Saw peeps saying they have 250ms I want that

It does, but not as much as I would have hoped

R60 per month not too bad so I think its worth it.

My latency is 200-250. I have a 4Mb line and unshaped imaginet isp with the reg hack on win xp. Im right next to the exchange and my telephone lines are only about 2 years old so I guess that all helps a little. (not sure it will help you though)

I get around 350 - 450 on MTN HSDPA, no spikes! Usually late at night or in areas that are not busy, it sometimes drops to around 250ms but have seen it has low has 200ms.

I used to use Vodacom for gaming but wasn't working out, service degraded big time since last year.

Not switching anytime soon from MTN, unless Neotel surprises me.
