Google maps update to 3.2.1
No such luck. I get the following message after selecting download: "Sorry, your device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support BlackBerry App World.. I have a Bold 9000 OS V4.6.0.301.

Just tried on mine. Will try and get the cod files for you as soon as i get a chance to do so, i will upload a link to the 1st page.
I also got the System Requirements message when trying to download app world. So i checked on the site and this is the requirements. Not much but i have a 8520 and you need a trackball or touch screen for it to work. Damn! hahahaha!

BlackBerry® Device Software version 4.2 or higher
BlackBerry smartphones with trackballs or SurePress™ touch screen

Also getting that message. In addition, South Africa is not listed as an Appworld supported country. Therefore, I will be very surprised if it works.

Installed and does work on mine, if someone can give me the link to the jad file, i should be ableo to download it
There is a thread here somewhere, can't find it now, that shows how to install it - basically a DOS command to install directly to the Berry. I tried this, but the app would start and stay on the "loading" screen. I eventually gave up 
There is a post somewhere on this forum by 'Ushir' entitled 'how to use Blackberry app world' with a link which definitely works. I installed mine a month ago and it's still working. The link I used was http://mobileapps.blackberry.com/awclient/download.shtml?code=appworld&CPID=REFERFRIEND

Thanks for the link. Got the app installed, but it says no APN found. Does it not use BIS?

Running 4.6.1.298 for Curve 8900

link didn't work, takes me to a page with no download link.
Have you tried pointing your BlackBerry browser to:
http://www.blackberry.com/appworld
It worked for me on my 8520, only Free apps there though.
