Just spoke to Tristan at Sentech helpdesk,

He said the problem was caused by one of thier large pipes going down, and a contention ratio being applied to the remaining pipes. This ratio is still in effect even thou the large pipe is back up and running....

Nothing new there, except he said the problem should be fixed by end of business today. Thats 1h11mins and counting...

I really hope they fix it by then...

what should i expect?

I haven't lost my mind... It's backed up on disk somewhere...

I've found i can expect a MAX of 32K/s when its working (on 256k package). Althou i only see this from decent servers, best i've seen with P2P is about 28K/s

What are you getting at the moment?
