Latest telkom local bandwidth promotion?

Does anyone know what the local promotion is. I have just been capped and saw the following

Friendly reminder: As you will not be capped on local bandwidth, we reserve the right to bill you for usage exceeding the allocated local bandwidth on promotion. The charge for local bandwidth is R25.55 per gig. This is with effect from 1 February 2008. To read more please visit our website www.telkomsa.net

Nothing found on www.telkomsa.net. Is the 10 gig free still in operation or do we start paying immediately?

10 times your international cap

i.e. 1GB = 10GB local
* 2GB = 2GB local

etc

There are many threads about this, just search.
Basically though once you get capped on international you are allowed to certain amount of local bandwidth. Once you reach your allocated local bandwidth "we reserve the right to bill you for usage exceeding the allocated local bandwidth on promotion". Search for the rest.
