LCD and plasma repairs

Hi guys I got a plasma 42" sansui for quite a long time now
All of a sudden this evening it fails to display any picture or sound
When switched it on power light comes on but goes straight to purple light and displays nothing and no response. before it use to turn on blue light first and than go to stand by mode thereafter you press any key it would turn to yellow power light and display picture

Also can't find slip
Bought it from hifi

Do you guys know if I could return it to hifi Corp without a slip
Would they be able assist and help me can they repair it
