Is there some app out there that can help in configuring an LCD? I just can't seem to get it just right ..... even through my nvidia settings. Info appreciated as always :D

What can't you configure? It works pretty much the same as a CRT....

I just can't seem to get the focus 100% ....... all text seems just slightly out of sync :o

(think I should use the dvi connection instead?)

He's gonna hook up his DVI cable and go "OH MY GOTH THIS IS SO MUCH BETTER!"

Is your LCD set to it's native resolution?

Nah, the native makes sh*t too small :o ...... it's weird, from a movie and especially a games perspective, this monitor rocks but when it comes to text, I don't know .... it just doesn't look in focus. And if I look really close, it seems like the text has shadows or is smudged

Oh and also ..... when I plug it into my other PC with an inferior card (7600GT ... new one is 8800GT), there are none of these issues.

You need to have the right resolution, if the resolution is not right the text is gonna look bad, I know it's small but you have the get used to it. The higher the resolution the clearer the picture,

What size monitor do you have.

... A 20" ....and yeah, I guess you're right about getting used to the smallness .... it'll probably be a while still :D

I use the cleartype option ON for my LCD. Definitely makes the text better.
