Hi Guys,

Ok I have an LCD 42 inch 200Hz awesome super TV :D For normal TV the picture is clear and amzing and I see no issues. When I put a blu ray movie (ps3 or blu ray rip streamed from my PC) I just find that the motion is too fluid (if thats possible?). The movie effect disappears. I don't quite know how to explain this effect but basically that effect is present in LCD's which are rated below 60Hz. So question is, is this normal or are my eyes processing things weirdly:confused:?

That's normal, its like a "Soap-Opera" effect. I'm quite sure that your TV supports 1080p/24. When watching a Blu-ray, disable any and all motion enhancing things (200hz motion plus, or whatever its called :p ) and enable 24hz on your blu-ray player and or TV.

But the option is most likely to be found in the Blu-Ray player menu options somewhere.

Hope this helps :)

... or reduce it?
I seem to remember a few settings and 'strengths'?

this is not gonna work for the full HD content that i stream from the pc.so is the recommended way to actually watch movies non motion flow?
