LCP problem in durban

Anyone else having problems connecting to the exchange in the durban area??
I called telskum and they gave me some bull about them upgrading the software at the exchange .... does it take 3 days to upgrade software??
must be MS developed software that will require a patch as soon as it is installed

yeah i've been having a problem from last night. Dunno wtf telscum is up to....how many upgrades to the exchange does it take for them to get it working as it should??

maybe someone should tell them to wait for the service pack before upgrading to vista
