Leadtek TV-Tuner

Hi there

Anybody using a Winfast Leadtek TV-Tuner.. Seems like the software has a problem saving/changing/moving channels. Tried the latest version aswell.
Is there any third-party software that you can recommend to use with this TV-Tuner..

The software that comes with tv cards is usually buggy. I have another tv card, but with it came that winfast dvr 3 or something, and that was terrible. I guess that's what you have

For a while I used sagetv (www.sagetv.com) and beyond tv (www.snapstream.com). You can get trail versions of both of those.
Both of them work fine, but I like Beyond TV best.

Right now I'm using Mediaportal's tv server (www.team-mediaportal.com) but that is still in development, so I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for an easy option. It is however free and open source.

Can anyone help with information on how to get Winfast DV2000 installed on Vista ? It shows up as one device only under 'Sound Cards, Etc' and as two devices under 'other devices' ( but shown to be on TV Card ). Cannot get any joy out of Leadtek

When I had my Leadtek PVR2000 Tuner installed, I did not have any issues with the latest software version that came with the card - I changed to Ulead Video Studio 10 and had no issues capturing with this card - I think I tried ony Vegas, but had some sound issues...
