You do not seem to know what net neutrality is ;)

Yes, I do.

We should not be charged more/less, because we are a business or home user, have certain protocols or sites slowed down or given priority over another.

Granted it was not intended the way AT&T, Time Warner, Verizon & Comcast wish for it to be implemented.

But Telkom made IPC expensive and so ISP's here had to charge different prices for different packages and shape/throttle the internet or specific services. Which in turn makes it seem like the same thing.

There are other aspects I have not mentioned, but I would be here all day :D

But the two points mentioned above are already in play in South Africa which to me the internet is not 100% Net Neutral in SA.

You can easily buy an unshaped account and get a neutral net of the type you're talking about.

Business accounts are better than home accounts - why shouldn't they be more expensive?
