Leaking shock?

Had my tyres replaced today and they pointed this out.

Does this constitute as a leaking shock?

Don't know much about cars but, does your car dive when braking?
Is there any shaking or bouncing around?

I'd probably replace the shock, on both sides.

And does indeed seems to be a small leak...

Shocks will sometimes mist a bit which is normal.

It does look like a leaking shock, if you do conclude to replace them don't allow anyone to quote you lots of money, those are easy to replace shocks that anyone with basic car knowledge can replace, they are also cheap to buy.

Car has 134000km on the clock and is a 2013 Lexus
