Leaky geyser

My geyser seems to have a slow drip leak by the one outlet. Is this fixable?

It's not clear enough on the photo where precisely the leak is. It could be the screwthread of the tap in the tank or the geyser tank itself.

Claim from insurance .

Ours was similar and insurance sent out a plumber to check.....he called it a burst geyser . So was a simple insurance claim in the end

yeah call a plumber, probably need a replacement. also that PRV should have a pipe going outside

The whole thing is outside

I can see your geyser has a pressure valve and leaking, burst geyser. Will need to replace.
