I missed my learners test appointment because I had a semester test for college and when I tried to change the date i was too late.
It only came to my attention recently that the traffic department is closed on Saturdays which I think is complete bull but whatever... Anyway, I still tried speaking to one of the workers who happen to be there and although I provided a timetable like the website stated , she said they wouldn't accept that because they need proof it's my timetable ..
But that's not the problem , the problem is I didn't cancel my appointment and that I lost my remaining small pictures. So, if I do reapply, would they give my old pictures back ? Because I really cannot afford to pay for my new appointment as well as buy more pictures.
