This really highlights our lot in life over here. Beginning of last year i was paying £22.50/month for a 512k line over there. A year and a half later you can now get an 8meg line for 12 quid more. Now thats what i call progress, a much improved product at a reasonably increase.
How do we compare? We can now get a slower connection for slightly less money. Is it just me, or does that sound all wrong?

Telkom - South Africa's Handbrake to progress.

Forgetting price for a moment (very brief moment!), have Telkom even invested enough in their infrastructure to deliver these speeds?
