Have to admit, I'm kinda obsessed with Lego Games. They're a guilty pleasure for me despite their silliness and even though they're all pretty much exactly the same. That's not necessarily a bad thing though. The formula just works.

So which Lego games do you guys like the most and which ones are the worst? Want to know which ones I should try next because I haven't bought a Lego game for some time now.

Here are the ones I have played, ranked from absolute best to worst:

1. Marvel Superheroes 2. Fighting is the best, great boss battles and pretty spectacular levels. Story is good, and great music and voice acting. And tons and tons of characters, most of which I've never heard of haha. Not the best map though.

2. Lego City Undercover. Huge open world, original story and characters, and it's the closest we have so far to a Lego GTA. Loads of fun.

3. Lego Marvel Super Heroes. Like above, huge open world, this time a miniature Lego New York City, huge character roster, original story, tons to do, great levels. Awesome game. And this from someone who hates superhero stuff.

4. Lego Batman 2. Again, huge open Gotham City, original story.

5. Lego Star Wars 3. Step up from the previous SW games, epic battles and I kinda enjoyed the stretegy aspect of the game. So far my favourite LSW game.

6+7. Lego Star Wars 1+2. The first game was the one that got me into the Lego games. Great for it's time but I feel like the earlier Lego games haven't particularly aged well. By today's standards they're a bit too simple. Still pretty enjoyable though.

8. DC Super Villains. Another good one. Very similar to Super Heroes 2 gameplay wise but fighting is not as good and hub world is pretty disappointing.

9. Lego Pirates of the Caribbean. Pretty standard but still fun Lego game. And the humour works especially well with this one. Nothing special about the game though.

10. Lego Batman. Pretty good but again, nothing special.

11. Lord of the Rings. Good but boring and confusing hub world.

12. Lego Indiana Jones. Bottom of my list of the games I like. One of the older ones but still enjoyable.

13. Lego Harry Potter 1. Didn't enjoy this one at all. By far the most boring game and the whole game just felt tedious. Hate it. Didn't even bother with the second game.

14. And finally, Lego Indiana Jones 2. Don't know what they were thinking. Terrible game.

So which game should I try next? Don't say Star Wars Complete Saga because I'll rather wait for the Skywalker Saga coming this year. And don't say Harry Potter 2 either.

Yeah they are some of the best Star Wars games ever made. Def not as good as Kotor though.

Seen some great reviews for Jurassic Park.

I quite enjoy these games too. I see that there's an Incredibles one and a DC super villains one.

Yup I need to catch up on those i've missed. I'm in a Lego mood now. Sometimes play these on my laptop at work when i have some free time, so if anyone got some they want to sell for cheap cheap, let me know. The drm and steam free versions for pc please. Can't do internet for games at work :p Struggling to find them anywhere

The best LEGO game was LEGO Dimensions by far. I put in so many hours, and dropped so much money into that game, have about 80% of the sets. It's a pity the killed it, it had so much potential still. It was only on consoles though.

My next favourite after that was the LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

I definitely agree at that Indy 2 LEGO game was by far one of the worst.

I quite enjoyed the LEGO Worlds game as well, although it's again a very different game from all the others.

Just finished batman 3 a few weeks ago. And picked Lego ninjago at cash converters for 100 bucks, just started, seems to be OK.
Enjoyed jurassic and still have to play hp 1 and 2. LOTR wasnt too bad either.

I wouldn't bother with Harry Potter but that's just me. Most people seem to like them.

Never even heard of Dimensions or Ninjago. Gotta go google for the full list of games. Dimensions is not for me though. Neither is Worlds.

Haven't played Force Awakens yet but I assume it will be included in Skywalker Saga which I will pick up. And yeah have yet to try Batman 3. Enjoyed the first 2.

Just checked the list. Forgot about The Hobbit. Another one I'm not interested in because i don't play unfinished games. Very strange that they decided not to complete the game.

Not sure if I'm interested in the two Lego Movie games either. They don't look good and I actually hated the movie.

Added 3 more games to my collection. Lord of the Rings which they say is great, Marvel Superheroes 2 because I loved the first, and DC Super Villains which looks cool and it's something a bit different.

Gonna have severe Lego fatigue after this because I know it's easy to get sick of these games :p

Finished Lego Lord of the Rings. It was pretty good but the open hub world isn't very well designed and it's boring to explore. Do I want to try for 100% completion and hunt for all collectibles? I doubt it.

The 9th best Lego game so far for me. Overall better than Indy but not as good as Batman.

On to Marvel Superheroes 2 next..

Finished the main stories of both Marvel Super Heroes 2 and DC Super Villains. Both very similar gameplay wise, but MSH2 is far superior. Excellent game with the best combat in the series, some of the best levels and boss battles that are actually loads of fun. Great music and good story, stellar voice cast. It's also imo the funniest Lego game so far. Not the best hub world though. MSH1 and Lego City were much better when it comes to that.

DC Super Villains was pretty good as well, but there has been much better Lego games. It gets the #8 spot on my list. Nice original story and great voice acting as usual and the music is pretty good again as well. Joker was pretty hilarious but he was the only one that made me laugh. Humour is lacking in this one. Hub world was very disappointing and I also hate how so many characters just float around instead of running lol. It's weird. Some characters are also too fast which made them abnoying to control. I still think the game is good enough for me to want to go try for 100% completion. I think it's also the first and only game to have more than 1 ending? I chose to remain a villain haha. I mean that's what the game is about. Didnt like that they gave the heroes their rime to shine again as well. Couldn't they make a villain game that's all about villains?

Batman 3 and Jurassic World.. you guys are next! Eventually.. i need a break from Lego games after this. Isn't Jurassic World incomplete though? Looks like it only includes the first 4 movies.
