As per the title, want to know if anybody has had any dealing with this dealership, since I want to maybe buy a second hand vehicle from them (no, it's not a VW).

From what I've heard, they usually buy their second hand cars from auctions and resell them. That's why they have more other brands than VWs.

They still haven't come back to my email query, so that already makes me become cautious of them.

Bought an Audi from them a few years ago. Experience was ok. They don't make the delivery experience special at all and do not properly valet the car before delivery. Car did not come with service book and spare key so looks like it was an auction car but the price I paid reflected these shortcomings.
