I have lenovo s10e netbook. It doesnt have a cd drive so there is partition on the hard drive for restoring. this partition got corrupted so I decided to use ubuntu so I could at least use the netbook. However it seems the keyboard doesnt match 100% no matter which config I use. I want to get windows xp back. I have the license sticker on the back of the machine and only require a bootable usb of Windows xp sp2. I contacted microsoft and they dont support it anymore. any suggestions or help? I got all the drivers from the lenonvo site...

1. restart computer.
2. usually access the BIOS by pressing the DEL key during the POST.
3. make sure that USB port (cant remember exact name option) enabled.
Maybe try plugging in a external USB keyboard and see if that helps until you get it going again.
