I've just started in my new position, been here a month... already I've had little birdies tweeting in my ear about my kitchen guys drinking all my cooking plonk, and making off with my meat.
Its not a very large place, and no cameras anywhere. Security is supposed to do checks on staff, but I have the odd suspicion that they are involved too.
I've heard the guys talking, in Xhosa, that I cant prove anything, and the fact that I find empty bottles in their lockers or in the bathrooms means nothing.... they dont know I can actually understand them, but thats a different story...
How would you go about catching these guys? Working on a wine estate doesnt help!!
