Maybe weshould generate a list of unhappy My wireless subscribers and mail that to Ms Potgieter and prove how many "KNOWN" unhappy subscribers ther are and request that she personally adresses all of those issues.

Matbe the she will know more than she does at the moment

SMTP allows for a address book like effect. Like [email protected].

Most places that send mass e-mails, dont always create a 'all' e-mail address, but rather for the sake of privacy, spoof the 'to' address, and make it looks like one e-mail address. The same effect as BCC. So it is possible this is the case.

But I kinda doubt it, unless they use a special program to send this, they wouldnt be stupid enough to include every e-mail address.
But a special program could have the all group setup.

Also, if the group 'all' does exists, then it should work from internal, but they can still set rights to it. So maybe they took care of it?
