Yeah - must admit I kind bought blind/on your post but it does seem well reviewed. You won't be disappointed. Good choice...
Best on the body to know what it will smell like on you or so the experts say.Go to Edgars or Foschini and ask them to spray it on those papers.
Take the paper home and re-smell over the course of the week.
I have a variety of scents I prefer, but they all depend on time of day/occasion/season of the year etc.
Paco Rabanne is the schit, have all their stuff. Armani a close second.
100ml for R400 is ridiculously cheap for Havana. That's usually the 50ml price minimum. Make sure you got an original fragrance there. Not seen a variety pack for Havana in a very long time. Not sure it exists...Yeah - must admit I kind bought blind/on your post but it does seem well reviewed.
Bit confused by the prices though - on this stuff in general - they're all over the place. I bought 100ml for ~400zar/18gbp, but it also seems to be going for double that @ what appears to be the same thing (both amazon).
Also - is there some kind of variety pack I can order? Like a bit of everything? Bit of a stretch given that they're fancy brands but hey...gotta ask.
Just checked...actually paid 330. Seller seems legit. Not sure I'd be able to tell the difference between real & good fake tbh.100ml for R400 is ridiculously cheap for Havana. That's usually the 50ml price minimum. Make sure you got an original fragrance there.

Along with Hugo Boss and Gucci although Fahrenheit and Joop were always old favourites.
Guys, lots of posts to catch up on. Can we summarise Top 5 or 10?
DJ...'s selection:
Aramis Havana - not found locally
Nine West - EDT? Also seems scarce.
What else? Classics like Paco, Hugo etc.
I'm using Montblanc and Hugo.
General consensus on top fragrances?
Sorry forgot to mention, the 35% duty is before vat, you add the 35% and then 15.4% vat, can get very expensive esp if it's unforseen.sheesh. But no thankfully doesn't apply to me.
