So with my Star Citizen purchase I've started to look at joy sticks and throttles.

Apparently this is good as an entry level hotas setup:

Yet others say it's worth upgrading to:

http://www.amazon.com/Thrustmaster-...?ie=UTF8&qid=1413471858&sr=8-1&keywords=hotas

But I also like this combo:

with

http://www.amazon.com/CH-Products-P...ie=UTF8&qid=1413471858&sr=8-11&keywords=hotas

And where to find in SA?

I have both a Extreme 3D PRO and WingMan Extreme, nothing beats these old sticks.

WingMan Extreme:

The WingMan is still an amazing toy.

Note: I don't do vibrations...

Try Esquire for the Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X Flight Stick. I am planning to get "Elite: Dangerous" and have been scouring the country for HOTAS sticks.

I had the Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X Flight Stick a couple of years back birds of prey, IL2 mmmmm memories. Really liked the joystick.
Bought it locally but trying to remember where......

RSI is going to be teaming up with a joystick manufacturer to make a stick for Star Citizen.

That's what I'm waiting for :)

I reckon it's a little early to get a stick for the game. Will get closer to release.

I have the Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X Flight Stick, and I love it.
Used to work a treat on Flight Sim X.

I think most it is out of stock at most resellers as my Brother-in-Law was also looking for one earlier this year, but couldn't get one locally.

Still have the WingMan Extreme, bought it when it came out, still works.
